Our API-based integration layer connects the trading platform's trade data directly to our evaluation engine in real time — so drawdown calculations, rule violations, and account status updates happen automatically, with no manual intervention required.
Yes — fully. Your traders will see your logo, your brand colours, your domain name, and your firm's name throughout every touchpoint — the trader dashboard, emails, challenge pages, and payout notifications. FXPropTech is invisible to your traders; they only ever see your brand. You can also customise the onboarding flow, challenge rules, support links, and notification templates through the admin panel.
Completely. From the admin CRM you can configure every evaluation parameter with no coding required: profit targets, max drawdown percentage, daily loss limits, minimum trading days, maximum trading days, account sizes, challenge fees, profit split percentages, and more. You can create multiple programs with different rules running simultaneously — for example a 1-step program for experienced traders and a 2-step program for beginners, each with different fee structures and account tiers.
FXPropTech's infrastructure is engineered for 99.9% uptime, backed by enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundant failover systems. Our servers are monitored 24/7, and we deploy automatic scaling to handle traffic spikes during peak challenge launch periods. FXPropTech supports a comprehensive range of payment methods to maximise your trader conversion rate, including: Visa & Mastercard (credit/debit), major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC), bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), and region-specific local payment methods across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The payment gateway is fully integrated into the checkout flow and appears under your brand — traders never leave your site to pay.
Trader payout requests are submitted through the trader dashboard and appear in your admin CRM for review and approval. Once approved, payouts can be processed via bank transfer, cryptocurrency wallet, or Wise/PayPal depending on your configured payout methods. The entire flow — request, review, approval, confirmation — is managed within the platform with full audit trails. Payout schedules (bi-weekly, monthly, on-demand) are set by you as the prop firm operator.
No. Our pricing is fully transparent — what you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees hidden in a later invoice, no surprise per-trader charges, and no commission taken from your trader challenge revenue. Our plans are structured as either a flat monthly/annual subscription or a one-time setup fee depending on the package. Any additional services (such as a new trading platform integration or custom development work) are quoted in writing before any work begins.
No. FXPropTech does not take any percentage of your challenge fee revenue, trader payouts, or profits. We operate on a platform fee model — you pay for access to the technology, and everything your traders pay goes directly to your business. You keep 100% of your revenue. This model aligns our incentives correctly: we succeed when your platform succeeds, not by skimming from your income.
You can upgrade your plan at any time with no interruption to your live platform. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrading is also possible — just notify us before your next renewal date. FXPropTech includes a fully integrated KYC (Know Your Customer) system that allows traders to submit identity documents, proof of address, and selfie verification directly through the trader portal. The system supports AI-assisted document verification with manual review override capability. You can configure KYC to be triggered at registration, before first payout, or at both stages — depending on your compliance requirements and jurisdiction.
The KYC system accepts government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within 3 months), and a liveness selfie for identity matching. The system supports document recognition from 190+ countries and reads both Latin and non-Latin scripts. You can also define custom document requirements based on trader geography or account tier within the admin panel.
FXPropTech's compliance framework is built to support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) best practices, including PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening, sanctions list checks, and transaction monitoring. However, it's important to note that you — the prop firm operator — are responsible for your regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction. Yes. The admin panel allows you to configure tiered KYC requirements based on account size, challenge type, or payout threshold. For example, you can require a selfie + ID for all traders, but require enhanced due diligence (full document set + source of funds declaration) only for traders requesting payouts above a certain amount. This tiered approach balances compliance rigour with user experience — keeping friction low for small accounts while maintaining proper oversight on larger ones.

How we support you and your traders — and how we keep your platform and data secure.

All clients have access to support via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and scheduled video calls. Our standard support hours are Monday–Saturday, 9AM–7PM GST, with emergency technical support available outside those hours for critical platform issues. Enterprise plan clients receive a dedicated account manager who knows your platform configuration in detail. Response times average under 2 hours during business hours and under 6 hours outside business hours.
Our direct support relationship is with you — the prop firm operator. Your traders interact with your brand and your support channels. However, we equip you with comprehensive documentation, a knowledge base template, onboarding guide templates, and email response templates so you can provide excellent trader support yourself. For technical issues raised by traders that require platform-level investigation, your account manager handles these behind the scenes while you maintain the client-facing relationship.
All data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Personal data is stored in isolated, access-controlled environments with role-based access controls (RBAC) — meaning only authorised team members can access sensitive records. We conduct regular penetration tests, maintain automated security monitoring, and follow OWASP security guidelines across all platform components. Backups are taken every 24 hours and stored in geographically redundant locations.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, we provide a 30-day wind-down period during which your platform remains fully operational and you can export all trader data, transaction records, and KYC documents in standard formats (CSV, JSON). We'll never hold your data hostage. After the wind-down period, your data is securely deleted from our servers in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. We'll also assist with any migration if you're moving to an alternative system.
