How long does the initial setup and go-live take?
Most clients are live within 3–5 business days from the signed agreement. This covers platform bridge integration, risk rule configuration, white-label branding, and admin panel handover. Complex multi-platform or custom integration setups may take 7–10 days — your onboarding specialist will give you a precise timeline after the initial call.
Do you support both MT4 and MT5?
Yes — FXPropTech supports both MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 via direct bridge integration. You can run both platforms simultaneously if your prop firm model requires it. We also support cTrader and proprietary platforms on a case-by-case basis.
Can I configure different risk rules for each challenge phase?
Yes, fully. Every risk rule in the engine is configurable per phase — Evaluation Phase 1, Evaluation Phase 2, and Funded accounts can each have different drawdown thresholds, lot caps, time rules, and strategy restrictions. You can also set different rules per challenge account size.
Is the trader dashboard fully white-labelled?
Yes — the trader dashboard is deployed on your own domain with your logo, colour scheme, challenge branding, and legal links. There is no FXPropTech branding visible to your traders. You control the full user experience.
What happens if a trader violates a risk rule?
The risk engine enforces violations in real time. Depending on your configuration, violations trigger one of four actions: hard block (order rejected), warning alert (trade allowed but flagged), review queue (payout held pending review), or account breach (challenge terminated). All events are logged with timestamps for your audit trail.
Can I integrate my own KYC provider?
Yes. FXPropTech integrates natively with Sumsub and Onfido, and supports custom KYC providers via webhook callbacks. The KYC gate is configurable — you can require verification before payout, before funded access, or both. Your compliance workflow remains fully in your control.
What payment gateways do you support?
FXPropTech integrates with 30+ payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business, crypto payment processors (USDT/USDC), and regional providers. You can configure multiple gateways simultaneously with intelligent routing and currency handling.
