A short, informal video call with our talent team. We'll cover your background, what you're looking for, and answer any questions you have about the role and the company. No trick questions — just a conversation.
Step 03

Technical / Role Interview

A focused 60-minute interview with the hiring manager and a peer from the team. For technical roles there's a short practical exercise — we share it 48 hours in advance so you can prepare. No live whiteboard coding sprints.
Step 04

Final Values Chat (30 min)

A culture-fit conversation with a founder or senior leader. We want to make sure the role is as right for you as it is for us. This is also your best opportunity to ask the hard questions about direction, growth, and compensation.
Step 05

Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive a written offer within 48 hours of the final interview. Our onboarding is structured over 30 days — you'll have a buddy, a clear 30/60/90 plan, and full access from day one. We set you up to win.
